We enjoyed by the day festival
Held for the first time ever at the Point Cook Coastal Park, this event was attended by around 1000 people who heard great music from a stage set among coastal Banksia and Moonah. A hot day saw people seeking shade, but enjoying the day out.
Our marquee stood out with its distinctive branding and enabled young & old to see our mounted platypus whose death was caused by litter and a free running domestic pet. Our new Lego model of a fish ladder based on the Bungey’s Hole weir was a focus for learning and discussion.
Thanks to the Port Phillip bay Fund, ‘Remember the Wild’ and Parks Victoria.
