Friends of the lower Werribee River – June event

This monthly conservation group meet on the 1st Thursday of the month, February to November to support the health of the lower Werribee River.

We undertake weeding, mulching and planting work to improve biodiversity and extend the plantings along the riverine parkland.

This month we’ll be working close the 2nd Werribee Scout Hall, off Richmond Cres, Werribee.

We welcome individuals or community groups to get involved. It is a great morning out, working along-side Wyndham City Council conservation crew.
