Science at Skeleton Creek

Calling all citizen scientists!

Join us for a monthly walk along Skeleton Creek, Truganina to collect some water samples. We’ll begin at Talliver Terrace Park, and along the way do a bit of a Litter Blitz, while looking out for some of the plants and animals that call the creek home.

After collecting the samples from one of the stormwater drain outlets, we’ll head back to the park to test the water for nitrate, phosphate, pH and turbidity levels.

Morning tea provided.

Note that this session does book out quickly due to limited capacity. It does happen monthly so check the website for upcoming sessions.
