Location: Victoria University, Werribee Campus, 235 Hoppers Ln, Werribee. Enter Gate 2, for Building 2, Rm 2162.

Election of Office Bearers

Members are eligible to stand in the election to the board. They must be a current financial member and be over 18.

If you are interested in joining the board, nominations must reach the Secretary one week prior to the AGM. Download the Nomination Form and email to [email protected]

Voting by Proxy:
Members who are unable to attend the AGM are entitled to appoint a proxy to speak and vote on their behalf. A proxy form is attached to this notice.

The appointment of a proxy must be in writing and signed by the member making the appointment. Please ensure that the completed proxy form is submitted to the organisation at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.

• The member appointing the proxy may give specific directions as to how the proxy is to vote on his/her/their behalf, otherwise the proxy may vote on behalf of the member in any matter they see fit.
• If the Committee has approved a form for the appointment of a proxy, the member may use any other form that clearly identifies the person appointed as the member’s proxy and that has been signed by the member.

• Eligibility to Vote: Only financial members are eligible to vote.
• Voting Rights: Each member has one vote. Votes can be cast in person or by proxy.
