Once Upon a River: Meditation, Poetry and Nature Writing

Join us for a sensory walk and meditation session by the Werribee River, exploring the sounds, sights, plants, and animals that bring this special eco-system to life.

Amongst the river red gums, we’ll find a quiet spot to sit. Here, spoken word artist and singer Jag will guide us through some techniques and prompts to get pens on paper.

Drawing inspiration from the birds, frogs, and natural systems around us, come and see what flows.

Free but registration essential.

For ages 7-107
