Generations in Gaia: Lollypop Creek

Generations in Gaia is Werribee River Association’s intergenerational conservation group, exploring the plants, animals and waterways of Wyndham through accessible walks and care for Country. The group runs the 2nd Tuesday of the month and is free to join, however bookings are required.

The next session will be taking place on Tuesday July 11 at the Lollypop Creek in Wyndham Vale. We will begin the session with a garden blitz, planting some indigenous grasses, wildflowers and shrubs to the growing habitat garden at the Eco-Living Centre. We’ll then set off on our usual sensory walk and litter blitz around the creek.

We will also be collecting any e-waste you may have lying around your home! Bring it along on the day and we will drop it off at the recycling centre for you.
